A glimpse into the creative world of André Zechmann – where tattooing, design, and mural painting merge into a single art form. Precision, technique, and passion, without limits.
Whether on skin, wall, or canvas – the fundamentals remain the same: form, light, depth, and an understanding of material and surface. What many people don't know is that the techniques behind tattoos, murals, and graphic design are often astonishingly similar. I work with the same principles in all areas – whether I'm creating a composition on skin or planning a 30-meter-long mural. Sketches, digital designs, grids, stencils, or freehand – the craft is always part of the art. Only the tools and the format change. The artistic language remains the same: precise, realistic, and full of character. For me, the boundaries between tattoos, design, and art blur. What matters is expression, depth, and the energy a motif conveys – regardless of the surface.
For me, this is Tattoo Design Art – art without borders – from tattoos to murals
From the sketch to preparation to the execution of the craft
